Date Night
Since it is Friday and we are all only a few hours away from our weekends officially starting, I wanted to share one of my go-to outfits for a date night--whether it be with a special someone or my best girlfriends!
When it comes to getting dressed up for a night out I am always a fan of an all black outfit. While this is much to the dismay of my grandmother, I find this color combination, or lack thereof, to be one of the easiest for everyone to pull off. If you have some great black basics, there is nothing that can stop you from looking effortlessly chic.
Speaking of effortless style, you can never go wrong with an LBD. As long as you have one with the right fit and tailoring, then you will always have a great outfit ready to go. Pair your dress with a killer pair of shoes, swipe on a red lip, and with minimal effort you're all set. The outfit below perfectly embodies all of my favorite things to wear for a night filled with dinner, drinks and (hopefully) great conversation!
The dress I am wearing is a Tibi knit that I purchased a few years ago. Tibi is one of my favorite designers, but I realize that it can be on the more expensive side for a lot of shoppers (myself included).
