Hello Fashion
Sometimes you just really don't want to get dressed up, and instead you want to throw on some jeans and a t-shirt, and forgo the heels. Every outfit I post on here for all of you is something that I actually wear in real life, but I have come to realize that I don't really show you all some of the more casual looks that I wear on a day to day basis. It may seem like I am always getting dressed up and running around Boston in heels, but this is actually pretty far from the truth. I love my jeans more than anything, and as I get older I am actually choosing shoes that provide comfort first (but are still stylish of course).
As part of this week's post, I am also sharing two pieces that were gifted to me from brands that I had no prior knowledge of. I am pointing both of these out because I really like them, and think that all of you will too. First up is the t-shirt I am wearing, which is a from a brand called Hello Fashion. This t-shirt is beyond comfortable and if you take a look at their site, you will see some really cute and trendy pieces that are all at affordable prices! Second is a brand called TKEES. They sell flip flops and sandals that come in a variety of colors and styles. While the price point is a bit more expensive than what I would typically pay for a flip flop, the price is made more worth it due to the fun styles that they have. Check them out to see what I mean!
To risk this post being almost all about why you need to get what I am wearing, I want to lastly bring your attention to the jeans that I am wearing too! These are from Reformation, which if you are familiar with, tends to be a bit on the pricier side. They recently opened a store on Newbury Street in Boston (which I highly recommend you check out, especially because sizing and fit can be a bit weird for their dresses). I stumbled in there one day expecting to leave with one of the dresses that I love from their site, but was honestly shocked when all I got was a pair of jeans! I never try on jeans! As much as I love them (when they fit), they are my least favorite thing to shop for, which I am sure many of you can agree with. These jeans are super stretchy, so they honestly feel like you are wearing leggings. They also run a little big. I am usually a size 27 and bought these in a size 26, to get a nice fitted look (talk about a confidence booster). They are also under $100! If you are familiar with Reformation, then you probably find this as shocking as I did, considering they will charge upwards of $200 for a sundress.
Anyway, I will stop going on about everything that I am wearing, and let you get on to actually seeing it. Keep scrolling to see this look, and the shop everything at the bottom of the post!
